As a passionate wedding coordinator, I'm here to help bring your dream day to life - whether you're envisioning an intimate ceremony or a grand celebration. With an eye for detail, a love for creativity, and a commitment to making your day stress-free, I'll be there every step of the way, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From vendor coordination to timeline management, I've got you covered!
As a previous bride I know firsthand how overwhelming and exciting the wedding-planning process can be. That experience sparked my passion for becoming a wedding coordinator. I want to help couples navigate all the details and bring their vision to life, just as I did on my own big day, I love being a part of a couple's journey and helping them create a day that's as unique and special as their love story. From the smallest details to the big moments, seeing everything come together perfectly is what truly excites me. It's such an honour to turn someone's dream wedding into a reality, and I can't imagine doing anything else!

Jessica was absolutely amazing throughout our entire wedding experience! She’s truly your girl she will go above and beyond for you. Any time we needed to talk or had questions, she was always there and responded quickly. Her support meant the world to us, especially on the wedding day. She constantly checked in to make sure both my partner and I were okay and had everything we needed. She helped me so much with figuring out our timeline and was even in contact with our vendors she was literally on top of everything. It took so much stress off our shoulders and allowed us to really enjoy the day.
One of the most incredible things she did was capture behind-the-scenes moments. Since we didn’t have a videographer, it meant so much that she recorded our first look and took other meaningful pictures. Those raw, emotional moments are something we’ll cherish forever.
Jessica played such a special part in making our day perfect not just with her calming presence, kindness, and care, but also with the lovely presence of her mom. They are both genuinely kind, thoughtful, and full of heart. Arty and I are so grateful and happy to have had her and her mom by our side on such an important day.

My only regret with hiring Jessica was that I didn’t do it sooner! Her kindness, attention to detail, and strong communication skills gave me instant relief in our planning process. She was so organized that, without her, our special day would not have run nearly as smooth as it did. She was always responsive and understanding whenever I had a question or concern. She liaised with all our vendors and really advocated for us when we needed it most.

Jessica is amazing and we cannot recommend her and her company enough! We started looking for a Day of Coordinator to assist with our vendors/setup for our reception. Little did we know how much we needed Jessica - she made our wedding day everything we hoped for. She truly goes above and beyond for you in the lead up and on your wedding day. She is efficient, with high attention to detail, and super organised.
Her knowledgeable input helped us refine our wedding day timeline and she communicated all the details to our vendors in the month leading up to the wedding. She is always just a text away and made us feel very comfortable knowing she had things under control. Any little detail we discussed in the planning stages she remembered the first time and executed exactly as planned at the venue.
On the day, so many little things came up and she was on top of everything, always with a big smile and calm persona. Without Jessica we probably wouldn't have photos of our first dance or cutting the cake since we were having fun just talking to guests, yet she was in the background keeping things on track (without bombarding us with requests or questions). I don't think we can put into words how much her input made our wedding day everything we dreamed of, she was constantly handling vendors, checking in with us and making sure everything was running to plan.
On top of all that, she took so many pictures / videos of all the details from the day and made an Instagram reel I've watched maybe 100 times already.
The only thing we would do differently is hire her for longer hours so we could have had her at our ceremony also! Knowing Jessica, she would have somehow also elevated that experience for us.
From our first zoom conversation with Jessica, she made us feel at ease and if you are looking for a coordinator she cannot come more highly recommended.

Jessica was able to see potential problems before they occurred and solved them immediately. She was able to navigate all the chaos of the wedding day with ease and professionalism, and it really took all the stress away so I could truly be in the moment and enjoy all aspects of the day.
From helping with the floor plan, running the rehearsal, being the point of contact for all vendors and wedding party, setting up decor and literally sewing me into my wedding dress... I know I wouldn't have been able to enjoy the day to the fullest without her there.
