As a previous bride I know firsthand how overwhelming and exciting the wedding-planning process can be. That experience sparked my passion for becoming a wedding coordinator. I want to help couples navigate all the details and bring their vision to life, just as I did on my own big day, I love being a part of a couple's journey and helping them create a day that's as unique and special as their love story. From the smallest details to the big moments, seeing everything come together perfectly is what truly excites me. This package provides essential coordination services to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly, without extensive planning or design involvement. It is perfect for couples who have already planned most of their wedding details but need professional support on the day of the event.
Package Overview (Starting at $600)
• A one-on-one meeting with the couple to discuss wedding details, timeline, and expectations.
• Review and finalize key elements of the day (e.g., ceremony flow, reception schedule, etc.).
• Coordination of communication with vendors on the wedding day to ensure smooth execution. *
• Creation of a detailed, personalized wedding day timeline, ensuring proper timing for the ceremony, reception, speeches, and other activities.
• Coordination with all vendors to align with the timeline.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all vendors and wedding party members on the day of the event.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup, ensuring everything is in place according to plan.
• Manage the timing of key events (e.g., arrival of the bridal party, ceremony start time, dinner, first dance).
• Troubleshoot any minor issues that may arise on the day.
• Attend and direct a brief rehearsal session or Venue Walk through, reviewing the ceremony order and logistics.
• Guide the wedding party through key moments to ensure a smooth ceremony.
• A wedding day emergency kit will be on hand, stocked with basic supplies like safety pins, mints, pain relievers, and other essentials to handle minor situations.
• Includes up to 10 hours.

• Couples who want a professional coordinator to manage the event and ensure things run on time without extensive pre-planning.

The Love Story
This package is designed for couples who want a higher level of service, with more hands-on assistance and greater attention to detail throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.
Ideal for those who desire expert coordination and guidance but may not need full planning and design services.

• Development of a comprehensive, personalized timeline for the entire day, including setup, ceremony, reception, and all key events
• Coordination with vendors to ensure they adhere to the timeline and meet their specific responsibilities.
• A professional coordinator on-site for the entire wedding day, managing all logistics and overseeing

• Ensure smooth coordination of all vendors, from ceremony setup to reception breakdown.
• Oversee the rehearsal and direct the wedding party, family, and guests to ensure everyone is in the right place at the right time.
