As a previous bride I know firsthand how overwhelming and exciting the wedding-planning process can be. That experience sparked my passion for becoming a wedding coordinator. I want to help couples navigate all the details and bring their vision to life, just as I did on my own big day, I love being a part of a couple's journey and helping them create a day that's as unique and special as their love story. From the smallest details to the big moments, seeing everything come together perfectly is what truly excites me. It's such an honour to turn someone's dream wedding into a reality, and I can't imagine doing anything else!

This package provides essential coordination services to ensure your wedding day runs smoothly, without extensive planning or design involvement. For couples who have planned the major details but want peace of mind on their wedding day, this package ensures every moment runs seamlessly. With 10 full hours of professional coordination, I handle all the behind-the-scenes details so you can be fully present and enjoy your celebration.

- On-site coordination for up to 10 hours, including overseeing ceremony and reception setup, managing the timing of key events, and discreetly troubleshooting any unexpected issues.
- Attendance at a brief rehearsal or walkthrough to guide the wedding party and finalize logistics.
- Fully stocked emergency kit with essentials like safety pins, stain remover, pain relievers, sewing supplies, and more.

For couples who want elevated support and a stress-free wedding day, The Love Story package provides hands-on guidance, expert coordination, and seamless execution from planning to the final farewell. I bring a professional assistant with me on your wedding day to ensure every detail is handled flawlessly, so you can focus on celebrating and enjoying every moment.

- Multiple planning meetings (in-person or virtual) to review all wedding details, logistics, and layouts.
- Vendor coordination prior to and on the wedding day, serving as the main point of contact so you can enjoy a stress-free day.
- Comprehensive, personalized wedding day timeline assisting with setup/teardown, ceremony, reception, and all key events, shared with all vendors.
- Full-day on-site coordination, supported by a professional assistant to help manage logistics, timing, and vendor flow.
- Oversight of ceremony setup, reception flow, and all key moments, ensuring the day runs smoothly.
- Detailed Venue walkthrough to go over layout and key elements of the day.
- Detailed rehearsal with the wedding party, an family to clarify cues, positions, and expectations.
- Management of wedding party and guest arrivals, seating, and special requests throughout the day.
- Fully stocked emergency kit and concierge-style support for quick wardrobe fixes, special guests, and last-minute requests.

Jessica was absolutely amazing throughout our entire wedding experience! She’s truly your girl she will go above and beyond for you. Any time we needed to talk or had questions, she was always there and responded quickly. Her support meant the world to us, especially on the wedding day. She constantly checked in to make sure both my partner and I were okay and had everything we needed. She helped me so much with figuring out our timeline and was even in contact with our vendors she was literally on top of everything. It took so much stress off our shoulders and allowed us to really enjoy the day.
One of the most incredible things she did was capture behind-the-scenes moments. Since we didn’t have a videographer, it meant so much that she recorded our first look and took other meaningful pictures. Those raw, emotional moments are something we’ll cherish forever.
Jessica played such a special part in making our day perfect not just with her calming presence, kindness, and care, but also with the lovely presence of her mom. They are both genuinely kind, thoughtful, and full of heart. Arty and I are so grateful and happy to have had her and her mom by our side on such an important day.

My only regret with hiring Jessica was that I didn’t do it sooner! Her kindness, attention to detail, and strong communication skills gave me instant relief in our planning process. She was so organized that, without her, our special day would not have run nearly as smooth as it did. She was always responsive and understanding whenever I had a question or concern.
